Pet parenting is daunting, confusing, and a constant pursuit of answers. And this pursuit drove our founder Sanchita to the kitchen, determined to make recipes that were truly good for her baby, Zazu.
After a year of trials and errors and several consults with vets and nutritionists, she cracked the nutrition code — and committed herself to cracking many more. For her Zazu, and for all the parents who wanted to do right by their pets but didn’t know how to.

Zazu isn’t just the muse behind our name he’s the heart and soul of everything we do. This cheeky little cocker spaniel is the reason behind Zazu & Co.
It all began when a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo Zazu’s devoted humans set out to find natural, nourishing products that matched his needs. What they found instead were shelves full of misleading labels, low-grade ingredients, and allergens disguised as “premium.” Treats were especially frustrating. As a true treat lover with a sensitive tummy, Zazu couldn’t tolerate gluten or artificial fillers and he certainly wasn’t alone.
So, they got to work. Recreating his favourite snacks using clean, wholesome alternatives. Not only did Zazu approve they were a hit! That sparked their deeper journey into the world of pet wellness. From treats to accessories to carefully curated imports, Zazu & Co. was born out of love, learning, and a whole lot of wagging tails.
Together, the trio is on a mission: to make sure every pet enjoys the luxury of living a happy, healthy life just like Zazu.
